Yes, it's a lot of females! We do have a few good men, but we typically keep them busy and out of the office!
If you call or email us, 95% of the time, you're going to deal with one of us, and we're Southern girls, so be NICE :)
We always do our best to accurately picture, describe and list items in our auctions, but we're humans and we make mistakes too.
Coins, Cars and Tools - we don't normally handle those things, so if you have a question about those, we'll probably refer you to one of the guys on the team!
If you have a question about shipping, email us. We get distracted when people call us about shipping, then we don't get shipping done, so we finally took the phones out of the shipping area, but we do try our best to answer all emails the same day!

FIRST TIME BIDDERS & ADDRESS CHANGES
Yes, we know it's a pain, but because we've seen such an increase in stolen credit cards and fraudulent payments, we must ask for address verification if your order is over $500 or if it's your first time buying from us. We promise you only have to jump through this hoop ONCE.
If you want things shipped to a different address, we do have to verify that the address is yours - this is our credit company's requirement, not ours :)
RETURNS, REFUNDS & OTHER REQUESTS
As with all auctions, all items are final sale, as-is, where-is. We don't offer returns, refunds or exchanges. Now, with that said, sometimes, the wrong item gets shipped or something is damaged (why we offer insurance). If you have a question about anything related to this, please email our customer service and we will get back to you. We know the tendency is to call, but we have a small team and we have to research your request anyway, so it's always better if you email, give us time to get an intelligent answer and then send it in writing - that way we can both remember what the outcome was :)
